Your mystery stations is *WNVY Cantonment, FL *
The station was on 1090kHz With 10,000 Watts Day and 2300 Watts Critical
Hours, non Directional

it has a CP (and is obviously using) it.. for 15,000 Watts Day and 28 Watts
night, non directional.. on 1070Khz.

Cantonment, FL and their transmitter is in Gonzalez, FL... the northern tip
of metro Pensacola!
