Quick question on this - if there are no eQSLs, and return postage is
mandatory, what's the point of reporting reception by e-mail - just to
give Ernie & co. a quick heads-up that the test is getting out?

I'm looking forward to this one. Montreal on 940 is much less of a
flamethrower here than it was in the old CBM days, and I have to drive
only about 5 minutes to the west to get into the null of my super-local
950.
