In San Jose, 1190/Vallejo is non-existent, as are 1210/Fresno, 1230/Stockton and 1240/Sacramento. 1200/Aptos is in well here, as is 1210/Rocklin and 1240/Monterey. 1230 is Paso Robles usually. Over in Tracy, 1230 is owned by Stockton (20 miles away) but 1220/Palo Alto is non-existent...1220 is owned by Santa Clarita over there.
