[IRCA] is the 1260 frequency in San Francisco slated for an increase in power?

Hi all, on Tuesday, when I got back from a place, I was tuning around,
and noticed a wide carrier on 1260, and wondered what was going on, and
wonder if 1260 might be slated for a power increase, or did something
just happen, and they lost the path to their signal or what.  When I
tuned in a bit later, and heard the usual koit simel-cast, everything
seemed to be as it was, but I thought that when the carrier was blank,
that it seemed wider.
