If it was spot on 520 kHz, it could be the following:

520 	IQS 	 	Sallisaw 	OK 	USA


"IQS" would sound like  "dit dit   dah dah di dah   dit dit dit"....presumably
repeated over and over fairly slowly.

If not, I can take a listen to the wav clip if someone else doesn't offer first.
