The Expos inaugural season was 1969, and I presume the flagships were 
CFCF-600 (EE) and CKAC-730 (FF)

How about some ancestral NHL teams for your list:
Philadelphia Quakers (died after playing only one season, 1930-31)
Ottawa Senators (defunct after 1933-34 season)
Montreal Maroons (defunct after 1937-38)
New York Americans (defunct after 1941-42)
