When did these professional teams start broadcasting on radio? Station or network would be helpful.

Montreal Expos, Boston Braves, Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, Boston Redskins, Boston Patriots, Philadelphia Athletics, St. Louis Browns, Brooklyn Dodgers (NFL), Pittsburgh Pirates (NFL), Cleveland Rams, Chicago Cardinals, Washington Senators, Boston Yanks, New York Yankees (NFL), Minneapolis Lakers, Syracuse Nationals, New York Titans, New York Metropolitans, Los Angeles Chargers, Philadelphia Warriors, Chicago Stags, Baltimore Bullets, Ft. Wayne Pistons, St. Louis Hawks, and Rochester Royals.
