[IRCA] big carrier on 1610

I am hearing a 10-dB over S9 dead carrier on 1610 here at 2140.
Don't know if this is the same OC that I hear overriding WQVB479
TIS Rocky Mount on my (temporary) 265-foot Marconi daytime.

Anyone else observe it?
