[IRCA] TPs for 10 April

Just time for a quick scan this morning, as I'm heading out of town for 
the next week.  Conditions seemed similar to yesterday, with the 
carriers being perhaps a bit stronger.  The faintest of audio was noted 
on 702 (DU) but that was it.  702 and 792 provided the strongest 
carriers today, both of DU origin.   Most carriers seemed to be DU, but 
seemed to be some weak TP carriers in there too.
