[IRCA] TPs for 7 April

Hmm, and I thought yesterday was bad.   Today brought only a handful of 
carriers, all below 900 kHz (with the exception of a weak 1116).   None 
were anywhere near audio.  Obviously the A and K indices don't tell the 
whole story!    Unless you guys on the coast have a lot different 
picture I'd suggest you choose to stay in bed this morning!
