[IRCA] TP for 5 April

Listened briefly around 1230-40, then again 1325-1335UT.  Things 
seemed to be improving somewhat, though actually fewer with decent 
audio, but there more interesting "almost audios" and weak 
audios.   All below are "best strength".

reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 774, 828, 1566 
during JJ program

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  1575

Burbles in the splatter:  594, 639 not CC?, 747 big carrier, 972, 
1134, 1206 w/hum, 1287

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by 
splatter):  567, 1044, 1053, 1098 Asia w/DU SAH, and the big surprise 
1215 with a strongish hum if only for a few minutes around 1235UT
