[IRCA] TP's for 04-07-07

Listened from 1230-1350 ut.  Lower MW band not that good with a poor performance from powerhouse JOUB 774.  JOBB  828 had a fair signal with no splash.  China on 1593 for a few seconds was a surprise.  Upper band seemed to open up around 1324 when China was heard.

The H-800 probe has been out performing the Ewe lately.  The H-800 is mounted on a tree in the front yard and has a clearer pathway to the NW than the antennas in the backyard.  The H-800 about 18' above the ground.  No stations heard on long-wave.


774          Japan, JOUB very weak at 1317.

828         Japan, JOBB fair 1315. Splash.

1422       Japan, JORF, weak 1327.  

1494       Japan? 1332 just a second of audio, back to level 5 carrier. 

1566       Republic of Korea, very weak 1319.

1575       Thailand, VOA 1334 decent carrier, traces of brief audio. 

1593       China, talk //5030 weak 1324.
