[IRCA] E-Mail Directory: address format

Group:
After typing many an "at" and "dot," I have formulated a question in my mind.
Someone with more knowledge of spammers, please answer this:
Using my best-known, and primarily social/church/family e-mail address as an
example:
<calltaylor@xxxxxxx>;
most feel comfortable with the format "calltaylor at isp dot com."
I would like the most knowledgeable to advise me whether
"calltaylor isp com"
is a secure alternative.
I understand that the objective here is to make an e-mail address less
obvious to a "spambot" (as I call them) search engine. It appears to me
that the second alternative is just as secure, and a dern-sight more brief
that the first.
(Incidentally, that username <calltaylor> was intended to mean "Charles A
(and) Leonor L" [CALL]. It has been available at every ISP that I have
tried in the past years.
It got to be too much to filter all MWDX, R-390A, ham, church, social and
business junk through one username!
