Don't know about WAVS???

However, WAZS, as we were talking about, is one of those stations that are
almost a semi-pest here at this QTH. They hardly ever get over an S-5, but I
can normally hear them.
So when you put that on the list I knew right off. 131 watts goes a long
ways.
Yes, I believe they power down at sunset as they should.
