[IRCA] WAVS and format changes



Willis da Monk,

Where's your source for the programming on WAVS? All I have
is the 2006 NRC Log. I know a lot of the info has changed. I
went back through a few SDXMs, but couldn't see an indication
of any of the close-in stations (to NC) going to an Oldies format.
