Radio World this week emetically crows re portable HD chipsets accelerating 
HD Rollout.

Where's the demand? Does this elegantly demonstrate extent to which broadcast 
skindustry is completely outa touch with audience?

First thing taught in public speaking - know your audience.

Audience rejects HD, and not for lack of knowledge. They know about iBLOC & 
reject it.

Couple years ago, at tres chi chi Sarasota, FL glutton-fest, gent who retired 
from industry years ago - how current is his frame of reference? - matter of 
factly stated 'once they go
digital radio will be fiscally sound'.   Have another Rob Roy, pal.

Could he explain his premise? No. He was repeating cheap mindless bromides 
spewed by HD Bund's Dispensary of Lies. Those of his age often unthinkingly 
repeat others' words. Unfortunately, he's still wields influence. 

12 to 18 audience - the ones with money to burn - will doubtless be 
enthralled.

  Here, 620 WDAE Tampa Happy New Year HD blasts putrid insolent wake 50 KHz 
wide. Calls itself Sports Gibbon, Athleto-Bat, Sofa-Spartan, some such 
sophomoric monniker.

Awful. Hopefully, prolonged audience rejection will scuttle this abrasive 
assault on public airwaves and as well the greaszy suet-stuffed insider elites 
who force others to pimp it.
