I got an id last night on the Chinese language station on 1380 - it was
indeed WKDM
A weak recording with YL in CC then id "AM 13-80 WKDM New (static
crash)" and then the signal rose with CC music and talk. Recorded at 0801.

1000 KOMO Seattle also made it in overnight at 0408 UTC along with 1190
WOWO.
