That's one of the reasons I switched to doing all of my reviews of
recordings from TR to Power Audio Editor - being able to see, depending
on channel, the peaks or the dips and focus on those. Cool Edit is more
cumbersome to operate and takes a lot longer to load a similarly-sized
file.
