This phenomenon is absolutely unique. I've not heard the like in 40 years 
of MW DXing. It is intentional,
absolutely. A crystal oscillator does not behave this way unless its FMed. 
And there are many Wobblers down there. It cannot be a coincidence.

I suspect it is an attempt at jamming. Maybe the Roa régime is going to be 
even more anti-US than the Castro régime.

I expect we're going to be hearing some interesting things from CM-Land, soon!
