[IRCA] TP's 4 JJ --1 long-wave

Good morning,

A morning of dominated by the Japanese powerhouse stations on low band MW.  594-693-774-828.  No stations with audio above 828 heard.  One long-wave heard 279 with a very weak audio signal.  Listened from 1431-1508 UTC.
