[IRCA] Spanish on 790 before Sunrise

I am hearing a station on 790 with a male announcer doing a phone 
call in show in Spanish. Obviously it is not Reloj which I hear 
ticking away in the background.  They seem to be fairly consistent, 
but the domestics faded up and down which makes readability 
difficult.  Any ideas any one?
