[IRCA] TP for 5Nov06 Signs of life

A nice improvement compared to yesterday's fiasco.  A total of 12 audios plus 2 on LW.  I monitored between 13:55 and 15:13.  The start was very slow....looked a lot like yesterday.  Just as I was contemplating getting
back into bed, the upper band really came alive....at least with many lively hets.  In some cases, they went from a 0 to 6.  Borneo on 1475 was there in audio after 14:40....strong carrier, but very weak modulation.  The
very definite dawn enhancement was brief, lasting until about 15:05,and then faded away quickly into oblivion.  The following audios were heard:  189 and 279 (Radio Rossii), 828 and 873 (NHK2), 936, 972 (presumed Korea), 
1017, 1242, 1278 (probably the strongest station with Chinese programming from 14:39.  Over 15:00 there were no time pips, nor IS), 1287, 1422, 1475 (gradually fading in from a 4 at 14:15 to a 6 at 14:40), 1503 (0 to 6 by
