[IRCA] New TA Logging

Excellent TA conditions last night till past 1 AM Eastern.  Highlights were
Spain on 585, 621, and 684 coming in well and a new one for me, Denmark on
1062.  This peaked at armchair copy several times and made it past
semi-local KYW on 1060.  Also tentative copy on 837 but nothing to go on,
and a GY-like jumble on 1584.
