[IRCA] Oct 1 Logs

I managed a few TP logs this morning.  This was my first attempt from 
home in a couple of years, so I can't really say if conditions were 
better or worse than average.

KBBI-890 had listenable audio (NPR program & BBC news) at 1330 UTC.  I 
also had recognizable audio on 747 Japan, 1422 Japan (the best) and 1566 
HLAZ.  Carriers & bits of audio on 693 ,774, and 1332. 594, 828, 855, & 
1548 had weak carriers, while hets were noted  on 1341, 1431, 1512, 
1521, and 1539 (with local KXPA phased down).  All logs were between 
1320 & 1400 UTC.
