All great ideas.

If you're forbidden to have antennas, then find out what you CAN have, and 
make an antenna out of it!

If you can't have ANYTHING on the balcony, maybe you can make the balcony 
itself into an antenna (or the rain gutters, roof flashing, etc).

Don't say "I can't" , say "How can I".
