2005? Then they never changed their sign to say "720"? When KSWB moved
to 840 in 1984, from 930, they at least made the change on the sign in
front and on the building. 
   As far as the FCC goes. If you have the right meter readings and
such, the FCC probably would OK it. I am not a CE, so I don't know. But
they do not get out all that well for 1 KW on such a low frequency. Even
with KAST on 1370, when I did hear KFIR on 1370 they were better.
