The FCC can not force a station to put up a tower of any specific height.
Al lthe FCC does is review the application and see that every passes.. and they
grant it.
if a short tower does fine at 10kw, they'll grant it.. if a taller tower
does fine at 2.,5 jw, theyd grant that.
1KW on a tower for 1370 specifically is equivalent to about 400 to
500 Watts on a tower used by 720 but made for 1370.
