[IRCA] Another 1080 Mystery

At 0159 EDT last night, I heard a station ID starting with "AM 1080", then 
something that I can't make sense of, but sounds phonetically like "lead 
time", then a call that sounds to me like WMQR.  There doesn't seem to be 
anything on 1080 resembling that.  An audio clip of this reception is

The call is about 5 secs into the clip.  Any ideas?
