[IRCA] KCKN-1020 test heard, maybe, in Rochester NY

I'm reviewing my timer recording now, and so far I've heard a snatch of 
sweep tones (at 2:18 AM EDT), and a lot of KDKA.

I wasn't expecting to hear much of anything, with only a McKay Dymek DA5 
amplified ferrite rod to try to null KDKA, so even the sweep tones are a 
bit of a surprise to me!
