[IRCA] Radio Rossii 180 kHz

Hello John,

 

2003 addition of IRCA Worldwide West  Pat reported a Radio Rossii station with 4 shorts pips and 1 long pip..  I first heard the station around Sept-Oct.  I know yesterday morning they were playing classical music.  I have heard female rock music a few weeks ago.  The station on 279 kHz  ID as "Radio Rossii".  I would bet that you heard them too. Time frame seems right, I heard them a little latter than you did.  I'm new to long-wave, but find myself listening more and more.
