*** No question Outlook Express is worse, but even the regular Outlook
has been vicitmized so many times by viruses and worms specifically
designed to take advantage of the known problems it has, and those that
Microsoft suddenly "discovers" and then widely publicizes, and then
miraculously releases a "fix" for.
Unless you're using a top-grade AntiVirus software coupled with other
mal-ware defenses, run them religiously and keep them religiously
updated ( which most people don't do because it's a pain ) and don't
open any strange attachments, as Tim says, you'll be OK.
One more thing - don't ever set Outlook or Outlook Express in "Preview
mode" because this essentially opens everything as it goes
automatically and lets loose whatever might have made its way past the
other defenses.
