*** I don't think it's WKAP. There's no one within reasonable distance
on either other frequency to be // to. 

WLOA Farrell PA is Oldies, on 1470, and has co-owned stations nearby on
940 and 1570 which are oldies - WGRP-PA and WANR-OH. And the forecast
lows woould fit also.
