[IRCA] CO TP Report for 2/12/18 & 2/13/18

Definite sunrise enhancement both mornings

2/12/18 starting at 1323

747 JOIB w/ threshold audio

774 JOUB w/weak audio male & female

972 HLCA w/weak audio male & female

Quite the assortment of hets, all over the band

2/13/18 starting at 1315

774 JOUB w/female, sounded like JJ, in and out, fair on peaks

828 JOBB w/weak audio, female, sounded like JJ

972 almost to audio

Not as many hets as yesterday morning, but a decent variety nonetheless

LSR at 1353
