[IRCA] TP 30 Aug Victoria version
Much like yesterday in its order of DX, but not as strong nor as
interesting; decided slant towards New Zealand.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)

702 woman on phone DU English inflection, man agreeing, DU English
inflection, no parallels 1248UT
756 RNZ National flute music //837 1153UT
