[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 22 November 2016

     Very similar conditions here to what I had yesterday.  Some action 
from the lower band Japanese big guns, but little from the top end of 
the band (even less than yesterday actually).

693	JOAB	Tokyo, JAPAN	Exactly like yesterday, first audio noted was at 
1400 with time pips.  A few snippets of audio over the following 1/2 hour.

747	JOIB	Sapporo, JAPAN	 First heard at 1157 with woman in Japanese. 
Faded after 1300, coming back up near 1400 for a half hour or so.

774    JOUB    Akita, JAPAN    Wasn't around early like 747, but came up 
at about the same time near 1400,  Peaked at fair level around 1410 
during English lesson.

828	JOBB	Osaka, JAPAN	Like JOAB, first noted at 1400 with time pips. 
Only the odd bit of audio after that.

The upper band was actually downright ugly, with even 1566 managing only 
a feeble carrier.
