[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 27 September 2016

           The Asians were missing in action here for a second day. 
Once again the DUs ruled the roost.  Once again the X-band was pretty 
dead (and the dead zone extending down to 1200 khz or so), but below 
that things were quite active.  As well as some live listening before 
going to work I also did some recording overnight and the DUs were 
active from before 1000, and in fact in several cases peaked an hour or 
two before local sunrise.

576	unID		Man talking at 1307

612	4QR	Brisbane, AUSTRALIA	After the news man talked about what was 
coming up in the next hour of the program.

702	2BL	Sydney, AUSTRALIA      Talk by a woman at 1025.  In and out 
after that to 1300.		

774    3LO    Melbourne, AUSTRALIA    Time pips and ABC news fanfare at 
1000. In for the next 3 hours varying from poor to fair.

792	4RN	Brisbane, AUSTRALIA	Fair, with news at 1300.

828	3GI	Sale, AUSTRALIA		Two men conversing at 1020, also noted time 
pips and fanfare at 1100.

846	2RN	Canberra, AUSTRALIA	Barely there with fanfare and news at 1300. 
First time heard this season.

1017	unID		Traces of choral music at 1007.  Maybe Tonga?

1098	V7AB	MARSHALL IS	First noted with talk at 0903.  In for short 
periods with talk or music until 1126.  Fair level a couple of times.

1116	4BC	Brisbane, AUSTRALIA    I didn't note when they first came in, 
but certainly from 1000 to past 1300, varying from poor to good on peaks.
