Monitoring 1090kc, I have a very strong het just to
the side of 1090. At 0035 I had some audio, man with a British accent
and it sounded like he was talking about some
type of sport thing. But, British accent I am sure of. This is the first time I
have had audio on this frequency. Hi Willis:
Sounds like you had the UK station 'Talksport' on
1089. Pretty good going on a Sony stereo unit. If you hear it again, check
1053 as there is a parallel there. Both have been heard up here previous
winters, but not yet this season.
Last night all I had was faint audio on 153, 162,
171, 183, 189 and 198 and a few faint hets on medium wave, 1134, 1215 and
1314.
