"KINF 1020 was a 50,000 watt AM signal and could be often heard at great
distances at night. Unfortunately, that frequency is now out of
commission. We've moved the operation of that station to a weaker
signal."
It may be that the News Talk format went to a different station they
have. He may have meant that.
