[IRCA] 1560 mystery

I'm beginning to get suspicious about the Mexican being heard under KNZR
on 1560.  Tonight, about 2254 PST I heard a clear '....en Baja
California' mentioned in what could well have been an ID being given.
Then at 2304 I heard 'Rosarita' mentioned.  Now I'm wondering, is there
another Border Blaster appearing on 1560?

Doug, your assessment last night may be correct.  About the Banda slogan
that is.  Tonight I noted lots of Banda music being played.
