[IRCA] XM Radio review

Hi Everybody:

Here is a pre-publication copy of my article reviewing the new XM MyFi 
satellite radio and XM in general. I limited the scope of this article to XM 
only. I don't have any experience with Sirius. It would not be fair for me 
to review them or comment on their service. I want to thank everyone on our 
lists who helped with their comments and suggestions. I would be pleased to 
hear what you think of its content. A full version of this review will be 
posted at www.pcara.org around the first of February. A complete archive of 
past issues of PCARA Update is available there, as well.
