[IRCA] CD Burner

Does anyone have a suggestion on a stand alone CD burner? I am looking
for one as cassette tapes in quality is getting harder to find. blank
CDs are so inexpensive. I have any idea playing a 5 inch CD is a lot
easier on a CE than a cassette is these days. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. I have thought of mini disc, but I want to use something
that is universtal, so it could be played on anything from a cheap
boombox to a computer. Thanks.

P.S. I checked here on the coast and there is nothing. I will have to
order online or go into Portland. Too bad they don't make a DVD/CD
burner combo.
