[IRCA] car radio
i don't do highway driving anymore but used to velcro a sony portable to
a CB radio hump mount and patch to the car antenna. in the absence of
radio/antenna already in the car it would not be much to install a after
market antenna. noise no problem as i used batteries. the sony did some
better than the car radio. worked good for shortwave too. rcw
