[HCDX] Logs after a long time

Hi everybody. Some logs from Peru.

MALI 4835.0 Radio Mali, Bamako. While trying to catch Mauritanie on 4845 (due to a coup 
attempt), i just came across this one. Prgrs in vernacular language (or so it seems, since it 
was hard to follow their speech and it never sounded like "african" french) at 23.20UT. 
Recheck at 23.41UT with subsaharan african music style mixed with ann. Sign off at 23.59 
with short ann. in French ("Ici la Office de Radiodiffusion et Television du Mali") followed by 
nat. anthem, unfinished due to premature sign off. SIO 222

UnId 4716,7 ?. Short ann and speech, no music at 00.05UT. I could not say this was spanish 
but neither any latin american native language as signal came with lots of noise. SIO 142

INDIA 10330.0 AIR Vividh Bharath Network (sp.?). 0031UT with what it seems like a news 
bulletin, then ID "Ye He Vividh Bharath". Continious mx. with short ann. by male ann. SIO 343

To any argentinian that may be reading this email: please tell the engineers responsible for the 
RAE/Radio Nacional broadcast on shortwave that ALL of their frecuencies on the air are being 
terribly interfered as of today, Sun Jun 8. After checking several times between 23 and 01UT, 
6060, 11710 and 15345 it can be assured they are quite well blocked by HCJB, and unid arab 
station and RFA/the chinese mx jammer on their respective frequencies. Poor Argentina, as it 
runs low on money, it is a shame to see their goverment spend power on shortwave 
broadcasts that won't certainly reach their audience.

About the "Pacifico Radio" broadcast, rest assured that these ppl are running 4975. I happen 
to live a mile away from their tx center and this signal obliterates signals 50khz up and down 
the freq.
