[HCDX] R Togo Libre 12125

On Sunday, 8th June, I checked R Togo Libre 12125 broadcast
at 2000. Rather weak signal, lots of local noise, but readable
with familiar opening announcements. Their schedule is M-F
1300-1400 on 21760 and Sundays 2000-2100 on 12125.
