The latest Wellington phone book still lists them:

Samoan Captial Radio
Level 2
Rostrevor House
cnr Vivian & Marion Sts
or P.O. Box 6647, Te Aro, Wellington
Ph  +64 4 385-2294
fax +64 4 385-2926

This is the same street address as Access Radio who are listed as:

Wellington Access Radio
Level 2
Rostrevor House
cnr Vivian & Marion Sts
or P.O. Box 9073, Wellington
Ph  +64 4 385-7210
fax +64 4 385-7212


As far as I know Samoan Capital Radio still uses the same transmitter
as Access Radio - I listen to Access Radio quite a bit, but generally
haven't paid much attention when other programming is on.
