[HCDX] AMG. change of freq.

Hello HCDXers,

The transmission for AMG on 5925 from 18:00 to 22:00 has been replaced by
17665 khz from 18:00 to 19:00 and 11640 from 19:00 to 22:00. My homepage
will be updated later today.
