I had just seen a posting with Qatar's complete schedule, this freq is 
listed // to 11680 for 17-2130; my guess is that it's staying on late for 
Ramadan. No sign of it here in New Hampshire at 0400 however
(Drake R8B, AlphaDelta Sloper)
