UNID  11655  Arabic  First noted DEC 18 2332 or so with music, announcements 
in Arabic, still going strong now DEC 19 0105 as I write, with strong signal.

Qatar running overnight for Ramadan?  Or perhaps Sfax, Tunisia, listed 
2000-0200 on HFCC B99 list.  Are their new transmitters up and running?
