[HCDX]: Radio Esmeralda on 1620 & TA's

Hello all,

Tonight at 0156 UTC- Guitar music & spanish singing.  
It sounded like a concert in progress. No ID at the top 
of the hour. Spanish religious music continued and @0201
UTC the signal was very strong- S+20! A man spoke in EE
@ 0208 about Christ. However @ 0211 UTC the signal was gone
completely! Was this Radio Esmeralda?

Also, on 1179KHz, what sounded like a Romanian accent, it 
surely wasn't Swedish, so that excludes Sweden on this freq. 

Lots of hets up and down the dial. Spain on 585 booming in and
Saudi on 1521 loud and clear. Norway also in but not as good
as last evening. PCH is also fairly strong on 1620 now.
