Hello Mika.  I can help with two of your unID's.

800 kHz is likely XEROK, Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.  They are on the
US border and are likely to have advertising for the large
Spanish-speaking audience on both sides of the border.

640 kHz is indeed YVQO in Puerto la Cruz.  It is in the Union
Radio network // 1090.
